By accessing or using the Serenity Yoga website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Serenity Yoga provides yoga classes, workshops, and related wellness services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Membership & Payments

• Membership fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
• Free trial periods are available for new members only
• You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

4. Class Participation

• You acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and inherent risks
• You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program
• You agree to inform instructors of any injuries or medical conditions before class
• You agree to participate at your own risk and not push beyond your limits
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts classes or poses a safety risk

5. Liability Waiver

Serenity Yoga, its instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our classes or use of our facilities. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with yoga practice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Serenity Yoga and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other members or staff
• Share class content, videos, or materials without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
